This is a final reminder about the Idaho Energy Collaborative meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, December 15 from 12:00-1:30pm in the CCDC Building 5th Floor Conference Room (at 121 N. 9th St in Boise, above Berryhill Restaurant).
We're looking forward to an enlightening presentation from BSU Professor Dr. Elizabeth Aldrich on her area of expertise: energy policy and greenhouse gas markets. We're lucky to have her join us, as she just returned from Cancun at the UNFCCC COP-16 climate negotiations! This is a great opportunity to learn and share knowledge, so bring questions and open ears!
We're also looking forward to an interesting conversation with staff from McKinstry, a Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain firm in Boise that focuses on sustainability and energy systems. They will talk about potential energy legislation that sounds right up our alley! This discussion should be a great segue into our upcoming events with legislators in January and February!
